Delete your account and data
Fill in the form below and we delete your account and the data that goes with it. You do not need to log in. This works for the website and the Android app.
What we delete
- Your account. Your login, email address and profile.
- Uploaded photos. Any photo you added to a search.
- Face data. Any face measurements made from your photos.
- Alerts and monitoring. Your weekly checks and alert emails stop.
What we keep
- Payment records. Date, amount and the last 4 digits of the card. Tax and fraud laws make us keep these for up to 7 years. We never hold full card numbers.
- Search records. A record of the searches you ran, without your photos, kept as our Biometric Policy describes to protect against fraud and payment disputes.
- Removal case records. If we filed a takedown for you, we keep the record of what we filed, as the law requires.
How long it takes
- You send the form. We get it right away.
- We cancel any active plan, so you are not charged again.
- We delete your data within 30 days and email you when it is done.
